The veteran defender has broken both a National record and Champions League record with the Blues' 2-0 win at the San Siro.
Chelsea defender, Thiago Silva has become the fifth Brazilian to make 100 Champions League appearances.At 38, Thiago starred in the Blues' comfortable win over AC Milan, a game which saw former Chelsea man, Fikayo Tomori sent off after a rough foul on Mason Mount.
A penalty was awarded to the Blues, which Jorginho converted moments later before Aubameyang sealed the victory with another goal.
Thiago Silva made 20 UCL appearances for AC Milan, 60 for PSG, and has reached another 20th milestone with Chelsea, capping 100 in total.
