DONE DEAL: Chelsea set to unveil player after completing medicals.

As per Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have completed the signing of 19-year old Inter Milan midfielder, Cesare Casadei on a six year deal for £15m plus 5m add-ons:

Fabrizio Romano also reports Chelsea will soon unveil the 19-year old as their player, with main parts of his Medicals already booked:

This report also suggests that Chelsea are not yet done with the signing of top talents having seen the likes of Carney Chukwuemeka, Omari Hutchinson, Gaga Slonina, Tyler Dibling among many others join the club.
