As per Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are pushing hard to complete the signing of Inter Milan midfielder, Cesare Casadei, with deal set to be finalized this week.

Cesare Casadei has long been on Chelsea's radar, with Chelsea seeing a bid of £12m rejected for the midfielder.

The Blues will finalize the deal this week, with Cesare set to be unveiled as Chelsea's fifth signing, Fabrizio Romano reports:
