Chelsea set to complete £15m deal with club this week.

As per Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea are set to finalize £13m + 2m add-on deal with West Ham for Emerson Palmieri who is very close to joining the English side. The report from the reliable media personality states that the deal will be completed this week:

Emerson Palmieri was left out of the Chelsea squad for their 3-0 defeat at Leeds United. He has made 71 appearances for the club in his stint with us, and has won the Champions League, the Europa League, the UEFA Super Cup, and the FA Cup with Chelsea.

Despite Chelsea's attempt to bring him back to the club in the middle of last season while on loan at Lyon, he still has not been a starter in Thomas Tuchel's squad since the beginning of the 2022/23 season.

Hopefully, he gets his desired move in the coming days.
