Chelsea agree personal terms for six-year deal with player; deal set to be completed this week.

As per Fabrizio Romano, Chelsea have agreed personal terms with 19-year old midfielder, Cesare Casadei.

Chelsea have long been on the pursuit for Casadei. Earlier reports from reliable media personality, Fabrizio Romano suggested Chelsea were set to complete the deal this week, but new reports have suggested that the Blues are one step ahead in getting the deal done, with personal terms agreed with the player:

"Next official bid will be the right one to complete the deal for €15m plus add-ons."

Chelsea will now submit an official bid of £15m after an £12m deal was rejected by Inter for Casadei. The new improved bid will be the right one to complete the deal.

Casadei plays in central midfield for Inter Milan, and in 104 starts for the Italian side, he has scored 39 goals, bagging 8 assists. He is one of the best upcoming players in Inter Milan‘s youth set-up. With Chelsea on the chase for him, no doubt Todd Boehly and Tuchel are building for the future again having signed the likes of Carney Chukwuemeka, Tyler Dibling, Gaga Slonina and many others this transfer window.
