TimesSport reports that regarding Anthony Taylor, Chelsea will wait for the findings of a new independent panel, prior to deciding on whether or not to lodge a formal complaint about Taylor.
This new panel is formed of five people, three of which are former players studying controversial decisions from every league match.
The panel will send conclusions to every club in the interests of greater transparency. It will however not have any power over the future of referee selections.
At least something is happening.
