Reece James names the Chelsea star that has has impacted his career.

Reece James has revealed the Chelsea star who have helped him improve on his game since coming to Chelsea.

The 22-year old has starred in major games for Chelsea, and have become undroppable at right back. Given his excellent form and superb quality on the pitch, the youngster has attracted interest from big names like Real Madrid and Manchester City.

Reece James credits one Chelsea star as reason behind his excellent run in form. Speaking with BBC Sport, Reece James said:

"I think, this season, Thiago Silva has probably influenced my career the most so far, just because he is well experienced and played at the very top of the game for the last 15 years,

"He [Silva] has taken me under his wing, coached me and told me where I need to do better and where I am doing well." Reece James added.
